Some of this stuff can be altered in Dying Light's actual options menu, but a lot of it can't. Apparently, if you quit your game after using these poses from the action bar, you won’t be able to open your save file when you return to the game. Once default_levels.xml is open, search for the word durability and you'll see two variables: BluntWpnDurabilityLoss and CutWpnDurabilityLoss.
